Add beef and cook for 10 mins, stirring to break up the meat.
Mix in the garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, grated parmesan cheese. Simmer covered, for about 45 mins.
Arrange 1/3 meat in a baking dish. Cover with a layer of the lasange sheets, then a layer of mozzarella cheese and some bachamel sauce. Sprinkle with 2 tbs parmesan cheese. Repeat layers ending with a layer of sauce and parmesan cheese. Bake in 160c oven for about 1/2 hour
