Crispy Roasted Beans & Whipped Feta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can. Cannellini Beans Drained & Pat Dry
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 C. Reduced Fat Feta
  • 1-3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 205 degrees C. and line a baking sheet with baking paper, set aside.
  • Toss the 1 can of Cannellini beans with rosemary, garlic powder,onion powder, and Salt & Pepper.
  • Transfer the beans to the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the oil.
  • Place the pan in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • While the beans are roasting, whip together the Feta, 1-3 Tbsp, Almond Milk, and pepper with a food processor or immersion blender; set aside in the fridge.
  • Once the beans are crisp and crunchy, remove from the oven.
  • Spread the whipped feta on a serving plate along with the beans to enjoy right away!
