Ingredients
  

  • 3 fresh corn cobs
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • pinch of salt
  • Dipping sauce
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1/2 – 1 lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Remove corn from husk and cut off ends, wash and then quarter
  • In a bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, chilli powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper until combined.
  • Brush oil mixture over the corn ribs and place in the air fryer and cook at 200 degress C for 10 minutes or until tender with crispy brown edges.
  • Add all dipping sauce ingredients to a small bowl and still until well combined. Drizzle over cooked corn and serve.
