Ingredients
  

  • 750 g frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup chicken stock hot
  • 4 tablespoons garlic and herb cream cheese
  • 2 tbs of cornstarch
  • 2 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
  • Place the frozen veg in a baking dish.
  • Add the stock to a jug,heat it in the microwave until hot. Add the cream cheese and whisk until it is all melted.
  • Stir in the crushed garlic.
  • Mix the cornstarch with a couple of tablespoons of water and whisk into a slurry, whisk this into the stock.
  • Pour over all the veg and season well with salt and black pepper.
  • Top with the grated cheese
  • Place in the oven and bake till cheese is melted and golden
