Ingredients
  

  • 1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 250 g beef mince
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 2 tbs taco seasoning
  • taco shells
  • grated cheese
  • tomatoes diced
  • lettuce shredded
  • sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rince kidney beans
  • In a large frying pan brown mince and garlic. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, tomatoes paste, stock powder and taco seasoning stir well. Fold in kidney beans and simmer for 3 minutes. Follow instructions on the taco shell box then assemble with taco meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
