Sweet Chilli Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 1 box frozen sweet chilli chicken tenders
- ½ cup Whole Egg Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 lemon - juiced
- 2 baby cos lettuce - washed and chopped roughly
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes - halved
- ¼ red onion - sliced
- 4 eggs - hard boiled peeled and quartered
Instructions
- Cook chicken according to instructions on the box
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice in a bowl. Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, onion, eggs and chicken on a platter. Drizzle dressing on top and serve.
