Passionfruit Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 10 g shredded coconut
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g coconut milk canned
  • half a tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 1 can passionfruit pulp

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix yogurt, coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla, shredded coconut, rolled oats and chia seeds. Stir well to combine. Place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
  • Once set fill a jar with a couple of spoon of pudding and add some passionfruit pulp.
  • Then, fill up the jar with the remaining oat mixture and top with some more passionfruit on the top
