Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup sultanas
  • 1/3 cup salted peanuts roasted
  • 2 teaspoons Keen’s curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions
 

  • Allow cooked rice to cool.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
  • Store in the fridge.
