Blueberry Muffins with Greek Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Add Greek yogurt, egg, milk, and vanilla extra, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Bake at 205 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
