Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ banana mashed
- 2 tablespoons pecans or walnuts chopped
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar that can be sealed tight
- Stir well to combine
- Seal jar and refrigerate over night (or at least 4 hours)
