Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ banana mashed
  • 2 tablespoons pecans or walnuts chopped
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar that can be sealed tight
  • Stir well to combine
  • Seal jar and refrigerate over night (or at least 4 hours)
