Apple-tea mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 Twinings Camomile & Spiced Apple Tea bags
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 litre clear apple juice
- 1 red apple sliced
- 1 green apple sliced
- Crushed ice
- 1 bunch mint sprigs
- 1 litre sparkling mineral water
Instructions
- Begin this recipe 1 day ahead.
- Place tea bags in a jug. Pour over water. Set aside for 15 minutes, then discard bags. Add juice. Cover and chill overnight.
- Transfer to a large jug. Add apple, ice and mint. Top up with mineral water to serve.
