Vegetable Bake
Ingredients
- 750 g frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets
- 1 cup chicken stock hot
- 4 tablespoons garlic and herb cream cheese
- 2 tbs of cornstarch
- 2 clove garlic crushed
- 1 cup cheese grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
- Place the frozen veg in a baking dish.
- Add the stock to a jug,heat it in the microwave until hot. Add the cream cheese and whisk until it is all melted.
- Stir in the crushed garlic.
- Mix the cornstarch with a couple of tablespoons of water and whisk into a slurry, whisk this into the stock.
- Pour over all the veg and season well with salt and black pepper.
- Top with the grated cheese
- Place in the oven and bake till cheese is melted and golden
